RETURNS

• We accept returns for an exchange, refund or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
• To return an item, please email frankie@espial.com.au with your name and order number.
• From there a return address and next steps will be advised!
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition and in the original packaging.
